It took me 4 months on 10 plate wearers but i finally got my elite set from warfronts. Quest is the warfront quest you get each time they come up. Seriously though, my hopes, at least, is that they add them in once Shadowlands is coming out. At this point in time, I would be happy if we get the vendors at all. I too would love to see the vendors return, it actually gave me a reason to care about Marks of Honor on toons where I have most of the old school stuff I want unlocked, lord forbid peeps have cosmetic stuff they can work towards.
